IFCA Partners with Free Zone Management Consultants (FZMC) to Expand Hotel Technology Solutions in Sri Lanka

IFCA, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Free Zone Management Consultants (FZMC) to support the introduction and growth of IFCA’s hospitality technology solutions in Sri Lanka.

FZMC will serve as IFCA’s local partner in Sri Lanka, combining local market knowledge, customer engagement and on-the-ground support to build a strong presence for IFCA’s hospitality technology solutions across the country.

Through this partnership, FZMC will work with hotels and hospitality businesses across Sri Lanka to introduce HotelX, IFCA’s cloud-first, mobile-enabled hotel management platform. The partnership will help properties modernise their operations, automate manual processes, improve operational visibility and deliver more consistent guest experiences.

The partnership will also focus on understanding and addressing the specific requirements of the Sri Lankan hospitality market, including local market practices, payment integrations, language localisation and other market-specific requirements. FZMC will work closely with IFCA to identify these requirements and support their implementation to ensure HotelX is well aligned with the needs of local hospitality businesses. 

With advanced AI capabilities, HotelX supports hotels through intelligent automation, data-driven insights and more efficient workflows. The platform provides hotel operators with the tools needed to improve productivity, strengthen operational control and compete in an increasingly digital hospitality market.

Through this strategic partnership, IFCA and FZMC aim to make modern, scalable hotel technology more accessible to hospitality businesses in Sri Lanka and support their digital transformation journey.
