Account Manager (Sales)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute solutions’ sales to deliver customers’ needs
  • Identify business opportunities with current and prospective new customers
  • Analyse opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
  • Maintain relationships with larger clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Manage key accounts and achieve the quarterly and yearly sales target
Required Experience:
  • Strong history in sales in software solutions ideally in Property Management, Property Leasing Contract, Hospitality Management, Mall Management, Carpark Management, HRMS, Accounting, and POS industries solutions

Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Document business requirements, gatherings and issues and updated process flows.
  • Responsible in product specification writing.
  • Responsible in perform testing on products in a timely manner together with log test results to ensure they are fit for release.
  • Monitor, track the status of test defects and resolved defects until closed.
  • Write and execute test scripts.
  • Develop training materials in the form of videos, presentation slides, etc. for effective training approach and method.
  • Deliver internal and external training on products both online or physical classes and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Travel to different project sites for conduct training.
  • Ensure training materials are fully compliant and appropriately updated and distributed.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to understand the needs and provide support by designing and facilitating the training.
  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution, follow-up and  schedule training courses.

Required Experience:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and requirements for HCMS Software with attention to system integration and feasibility        
  • Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
