Account Manager (Sales)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute solutions’ sales to deliver customers’ needs
  • Identify business opportunities with current and prospective new customers
  • Analyse opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
  • Maintain relationships with larger clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Manage key accounts and achieve the quarterly and yearly sales target
Required Experience:
  • Strong history in sales in software solutions ideally in Property Management, Property Leasing Contract, Hospitality Management, Mall Management, Carpark Management, HRMS, Accounting, and POS industries solutions
  • Experience in these industries will be an added advantage – Property, Construction, Hospitality (Hotel/Resorts/Clubs), HRMS, Accounting, IT Software, Network, Security and Cloud Solution

Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Document business requirements, gatherings and issues and updated process flows.
  • Responsible in product specification writing.
  • Responsible in perform testing on products in a timely manner together with log test results to ensure they are fit for release.
  • Monitor, track the status of test defects and resolved defects until closed.
  • Write and execute test scripts.
  • Develop training materials in the form of videos, presentation slides, etc. for effective training approach and method.
  • Deliver internal and external training on products both online or physical classes and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Travel to different project sites for conduct training.
  • Ensure training materials are fully compliant and appropriately updated and distributed.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to understand the needs and provide support by designing and facilitating the training.
  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution, follow-up and  schedule training courses.
  • Perform product demonstrations to internal and external.
  • Train sales team in product knowledge.
  • Address prospects or clients’ queries in timely fashion.

Required Experience:

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business / Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
  • Preferably 1 to 3 years’ work experience in the IT industry, with knowledge of accounting or human resource software.
  • Experience in the property, constructions, or hospitality industry is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively suggest, plan and execute B2B ad campaigns across multiple digital media platforms (FB, IG, Google, LinkedIn, Youtube & etc) to drive leads and identify opportunities to optimize through the components of: Keyword, Ad Copy, Testing & Analysis, Bid Management and A/B testing.
  • Monitor, manage and optimise ongoing campaigns, report and make recommendations based on results.
  • Work together with internal teams to develop action plans to streamline operations, through the use of keyword research tools and dashboards to monitor key metrics including but not limited to: Clicks, CTR, Reach, Engagement, Conversions, CPA, ROAS, and cost per click.
  • Provide recommendations for keyword bidding based on market trends and competitor research data, supporting demand generation goals for an organization scaling at rapid pace.
  • Suggest and track ads budget.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience with operating, developing or planning a Channel Business Partner Program, also known as an indirect sales division or reseller program.
  • Minimum of 3 years software sales experience with a successful track record of channel management and / or solution selling.
  • Software experience in Property, Construction, Hotel, HR Systems industry are preferable but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
