Petaling Jaya: 8th March 2022, IFCA MSC BHD was delighted to participate in the Annual General Meeting held by the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) which takes place in Hotel Armada, Petaling Jaya on the 24th February 2022. Held at Hotel Armada, Petaling Jaya, the AGM was well-attended by members and associate members who heard a recap of the Association’s past twelve months activities and conducting the new election of Committee Members for Year 2022 – 2025 session.

During the event, Cassandra Cheah, Vice President of HotelX performed a sharing session highlighting how touchless hotel management system plays a key role in preventing from the surging Covid-19 among hotel guests and staffs. The sharing also emphasizes the importance of leveraging automation in the hospitality industry through mobile hotel PMS features and collaborative platform.
